The culture is trusting and supportive, people jump in to help each other; and the tech is evolving quickly to stay ahead of the changes in the market. Clients are engaged and happy, which makes the work rewarding. We’re filling a real gap, and contributing to that is especially fulfilling.

The company has been around for a while, but has been through many changes; the current team is relatively new. Some legacy processes need to be redefined and cleaned up. Change is ongoing, which can feel fast-paced if you prefer very established companies.
