Schedule fluctuates but not really too much

Training available with all the necessary tools for the young men and women to become successful. No lay offs, year round work. You are rewarded for working hard, the effort you put into doing your job will reflect more on your pay check. You're never doing the same thing day in and day out. You get to meet very interesting people to interact with daily. You'll discover new ideas daily and put your mind and body to work each and every day. A challenging career in the right direction, plus it's your chance to meet or set goals for yourself at a young age. Advancement depends on you, you're the boss once you leave the office.

Cable TV isn't your typical 8 to 5 job. Long hours with 6 to 7 days available to work. You might say they're like the New Poster Boys for working in the heat, rain, sleet and snow. Cable TV never stops and it's a very high demanding job, so you really can't say it's "Con" but people do like some time off.
