      Work life balance is great and never unrealistic. Company is big but not so big it feels like a cold machine; always seems like people genuinely care about you. IT management has been my favorite part; they all demonstrate good servant leadership and are interested in helping me with career growth. Everybody always wants to do the right thing and it's refreshing.

      Within the bubble of remote workers in IT there isn't really any cons. If I was forced to list anything I dislike it would just be that I wish we had Macs over Windows for engineers

      The lights were on, horrible energy though.

      The past year saw some typical changes for a growing company such as becoming a lot more corporate, all the way down to 'hire anyone with a pulse and layoff others' approach and ridiculous penalties for not hitting a certain number... that is just sometimes not obtainable.
