Team-oriented: I work closely with members of my team, and we all respect each other and the roles we have.
Small Business: This is not a "corporate-minded" company. I get to see the CEO of the company at least 2-3 times a month, and I feel comfortable discussing any issues/problems that I may see. Being able to have a personable, caring, and invested leader is something I had never before experienced. I can truly see the immense value in how a leader is not just a "figurehead" that comes by once a year to "check in".
Flexible Schedule: I'm able to create my own schedule, and I can designate the amount of time I spend with my patients/families. This is a HUGE benefit as some need more time than others.
Reasonable Caseload: I've held social work positions with 60+ patients on hospice; however, this company believes that smaller caseloads allows sufficient time to spend with patients/family members. I do not feel overwhelmed the majority of the time when trying to schedule out my month.

Communication: Isn't this something we all are working on? It has improved since I started and I continue to see improvements. This is a problem with every company, but I truly feel that administration is willing to listen and take time to understand any issues.
