Nice people, i got first shift

Great environment for a recruiter-there are monthly stipends and room to grow Safety was taken seriously for recruiters For a newish recruiter, salary was decent Always busy, never bored

Many of the clients are clueless when it comes to federal and state employment laws Some walk-ins became hostile if we did not speak to them after a day. This job was 70% recruiting and 30% babysitting/handling feelings of the walk-ins instead of doing actual work. Had multiple complaints from a particular client from the temps. It was obvious what was going on, but because we were receiving a substantial amount of billing, nothing was done about it. What mattered most was the money/billing, first and foremost. While I understand that is how a business grows and how it operates, maybe it's time to revisit and see if some improvements could be made or take the name "Integrity" out of the business.
