They hire sales people and expect them to find new accounts from scratch but there’s almost no guidance, management or structure. Don’t expect to be supported or helped. Don’t expect any leads. And any business generated with previous customers is not recognised or given any credit despite the majority of the existing experienced sales team just sitting on their legacy accounts. You’ll be left to your own devices to sink or swim. Some people are given preferential treatment, leads passed to them and praised whilst new employees no leads, no support and made to feel they’re failing when they can’t bring in new customers immediately in an incredibly oversaturated industry. I would say avoid working at this company. There’s much better opportunities out there.
