I was excited to help develop another, yes another because I have in the past, new SBA department. The Mission statement and core values would be great if they lived them.

BDOs are now required to bring in deposits as part of their goals. They lend in only 5 counties - total. Goals/requirements changed after I came onboard to more than most nationwide lenders with full functioning back offices. BDOs are responsible to bring in, package and close their own deals. Back office is completely unreachable. Was brought on with different pretense than what I was asked to do once there, and it has cost reputation with the community because of their incompetence. Commissions are not paid as is policy. You have to fight to get anything at all. The entire mission is Integro360, Not TM or lending.
