As an employee of Intelcom, I have not been satisfied with my experience. The management has been poor and the work environment has been unstable, making it difficult to feel secure in my position. Furthermore, I feel that the company treats its employees as disposable assets, without taking into account their hard work and dedication. Overall, I believe that Intelcom needs to prioritize its employees' well-being and job security, and take steps to create a more positive and supportive workplace culture. By doing so, the company can improve not only its employee satisfaction, but also its overall performance and success.
