No support from management.team, when trying to police driver performance. Lack of policing compliance of each contract. Use and abuse of foreign students, working outside Home office regulations and exceeding hours. Multiple driver ID being used by different individuals, rare to have actual person working under their own name's. Safety compliance is non existent.
