Svantaggi
Horrible management. Zero consistency and an extremely toxic culture. You are punished for sharing your thoughts, feedback is seen as criticism here. You are expected to sit back and ride out the roller coaster of constant nonsense. There is a reason that the majority of new hires leave after a few months and that tenured employees have all started to jump ship. IntelePeer has lost 5+ executives in the past year and the majority of its sales force. Sales process, KPI's and expectations change almost weekly making it impossible to know where you stand and to meet performance expectations which will be weaponized against you when convenient. Management doesn't even know what they are doing and will pin the blame on the sales force rather than look at themselves. If numbers are missed consistently, people are leaving and you have to smudge numbers to look like you're getting by as a company, the issue lies at an organizational level and is a leadership failure not a failure from individual contributors. You will be pressured to inflate sales forecasts and held to the fire for what you were bullied into. You will be told to sell one way then present it to the customer and the next week be berated because that's no longer how things are done. This organization is top heavy and the micromanagement is next level. Avoid this workplace at all costs if you value your time, money and sanity. In my many years of sales experience I have never seen an organization so disorganized and toxic. Everything is smoke and mirrors, you can't trust anything you're told and there is a constant state of anxiety, fear and panic that is actively created by management. I would not be surprised if this company went out of business in the next year or two.
