The biggest concern is the management, which I found to be very poor. Instead of supporting employees, there is a lack of proper leadership and direction. If you are looking for long-term growth and a healthy work environment, this may not be the right place. At times, it feels like employee efforts are not valued, and the overall experience can negatively impact your career if you are not careful in planning your next steps.
