Vantaggi
The remote aspect, and mild flexibility for shift pickup.
Svantaggi
Terrible pay- the company says they’re trying to get competitive and instead offers a dollar more to work with more clients. This adds sudden mid shift pulls and increased stress. Terrible management. Everything is everyone else’s fault, there’s never accountability. One second they will say “humans make mistakes” the next it’s your fault for saying something they disagree with. They are shady in their management/ ownership/ and employee retention. They say one thing and do another. One person, if they make the right person mad or mildly inconvenience (ie CEO/COO) they’re immediately fired. Another person can not have good etiquette or patient care and they will fight to keep them employed because of “retention?” They quarterly ask for advice to make you feel involved and never implement anything that the upper management doesn’t believe, a lot without medical experience. They won’t protect your nursing license. For 23$ an hour the remote risk is not worth it.
