      One of the best companies I've worked for, supervisors are around and they listen to the changes you propose.

      Pay. They start you low and you pretty much stay there unless you want to train to other clients and get licensed in those states as well.

      Working from home is about the only pro. There are some very good team leads, but they are still bound by the fear mongering and militant styling of management
