Disorganized on many fronts. Lacked the knowledge of how to guide and run projects effectively. VP of sales was irritating to client, Other VP came off as fake and not genuine. CEO seemed overwhelmed and out of her depth. Second guessing and micromanagement at its finest. Company wants to be a big player but lacks the infrastructure and wherewithal to play on that level.
