No growth and career opportunity. No hike and rise for years. No exit interview. No HR Company don't care about employee. They hike people for fake billing to client and fire you as soon as work is done. Contractor come and go like vistors False commitments. Lack of direction. No vision. only 105 employee left. Attrition rate is at par. only 2 client fu ddependency. No training and mentoring you will feel like on island. No presense of office. Not at all recommended.
