5yWe are very sorry to hear there may have been an issue with payment. Our internal policy is payment for successful shops will automatically be sent through PayPal approximately 30 days after the last day of the month in which your shops were successfully completed. We normally pay on the 20th of the month (or on the following business day). We also ONLY pay through PayPal (we will never send a check).
If there is any discrepancy, you can contact us anytime. Please log in and click on the Help/Contact link in your shop log to send us more details and we’d be happy to discuss further. That link sends an email directly to the person who assigned you the shop so we can better assist you. Thank you for your time.
