      No opportunity for raises after a certain point unless you promote Some teams did bonuses and some didn't. So even if you met or exceeded your team goal, you may not be rewarded for it.

      Salary was reasonable, they didn't breath over your shoulder as long as you were doing your job. Rest of the team was competent

      They laid me off for financial reasons (their words) with less than a day's notice. The job was mostly fine, but the offloading was done very poorly
