The various teams make the utmost effort to make sure there is success at every nook and corner. The platform that the team has built is second to none, and the best part comes from the customer support and response times

Inspiring Founders, it helps us to grow/think the way they see any problem which is amazing. Intellibot has a Unique culture that makes you feel the high, Very welcoming culture that sees itself. A beautiful office that makes coming to work every day that much easier, Never have I felt uncomfortable asking for help from someone within the org. Everyone here wants to see the company as a whole and its individuals succeed. I always feel as though my voice is being heard and appreciated. That being said our feedback is an essential part of that process and I genuinely feel like I am a part of something pivotal within the company.

Nothing, the company is directionless, without any proper work ethics and work schedules. Saturdays working where the senior management does not come and we juniors are asked to come and work. Just come learn the Intellibot Studio, it is better then UiPath, AA and Blue Prism and switch to a better role. All the developers here do the same.

1. Salary does never come on time, it is generally 20-25 days late, management does not even have the courtesy to tell their employees 2. Directionless- there is no connection between the seniors and juniors, no proper work processes 3. The company does not allow "Work from home" but the seniors take it, setting a bad example for we juniors 4. There is no proper client so we are just working on PoCs which even does not add up to any good experience in our resumes
