Very strong senior team who are focused on creating a company culture where employees thrive and clients are happy and successful. Very strong work ethic within teams to make sure client deliverables are complete and accurate.

Company is successful and growing rapidly, and at times is challenged to grow faster. All good problems to have.

The company has a great product and is growing. Within marketing, there is a strong sense of team and people enjoy their work. The company also has flexible work conditions to help with work/life balance. The leadership also gave the entire workforce extra (paid) holidays as part of their efforts to ceate better work/life balance.

None to report. Covid had its impact on almost every business but Intelligence Node did not do any layoffs and in fact was able to win amazing new customers.
