The focus is to get things done now rather than get things done well. The pay is below industry standard. Health benefits are not as beneficial as at other companies. They provide 3 weeks of PTO in a calendar year. They don't know the start date of new hires and are not necessarily ready with onboarding. They rely on the end user (instead of IT) to deal with hardware transportation (picking-up, dropping-off, or waiting for repair of equipment).
