-Constant miscommunication, lack of transparency, and fluctuation in company policies, with the defense that they can change their policies at any time based on business needs. These are not minor changes. We are talking about leave and payroll policies. -Pay was withheld for a variety of reasons routinely from staff’s paychecks with disciplinary action threatened for requesting clarification on the policy. -Insanely high turnover rate. -In my opinion, higher level management lacked understanding of how to effectively administer the contract that I was working on. -Hired staff to take on roles that they were unqualified for. - In my opinion, there was constant emotionally charged, reactionary decision making. This was quite literally the worst three months of my professional life. I left a great job and within days knew I had made a mistake. I worked insanely long hours (1) trying to tackle an impossible workload due to lack of training and progress that was made before I was hired and (2) attempting to rebuild trust with staff that was struggling with the above mentioned “cons.” I ultimately resigned without another job lined up because I felt like my integrity was in question as a result of the way the company conducted business.
