      Some Really hard working people at the lower rung

      Founders are total Whackjobs : One has a BIG EGO and the other has no clue what he says Investors have no clue about the amount of pilferage that happens in stocks and swept under the carpet Intelligent Retail with Zero intelligence Claim to use technology but have built nothing earth shattering instead paying through their noses for Third party tools They have repeatedly made wrong choices in hiring people at the leadership level Incapable of making their own decisions especially wrt technology as a result they will outsource their entire technology team good idea poorly executed with wrong people at every step and founders are slow to take corrective steps

      On time salary given nothing else

      HR Team is worst they don't even know how to do onboarding they will start your payroll even without reliving letter even if you tell them that there will be delay in reliving letter they will not listen and blindly onboard you also will not correct your documents or own their mistake In the end you have to suffer and repay last company to adjust dates No company onboards without reliving letter that is basic HR thing No hike no bonus Founders don't have idea about tech to hire a good CTO now they have moved tech to 3rd party People where taking advantage of situation and hiring on same salary highly unprofessional and unethical Preference given to people who can lick boots especially for tech team no idea about tech or best practices in leadership team Most people working are friends or relatives lacks competition Average people in the team not focused
