Current Mgmt team has made some hard decisions to completely turn around the company that previously had many deficiencies. The company is headed in the right direction and is poised to turn the corner. The company has many challenges to overcome but everyone works as a team to make things happen.

Workload is high as the company works to reverse all the bad decisions made in the past

clearer vision and focus, more consistent communication, actions aligned to strategy, more people activating against the vision, new energized and experienced leadership, client-centered and UX-focused, real path to market leadership

pockets of complacency and resistance to change/adapt, speed and urgency across the org is inconsistent, competing priorities can dilute focus, cross functional collaboration is new to the org - still working through the kinks in some areas
