Salary on time. They don't call you on weekends for any work. Forcefully giving 1 star as there is no option to give zero star. Think before you join or join at your own risk or join if you're jobless and needy.

Long list of cons but very much helpful -: 1.Company is led by only one man army that is the company Owner (CEO) who is the only person dealing with everything. He has the control room in his cabin and he watches everyone through CCTV like who's going outside, who's coming inside and notices the in-out time of all employees. His eyes always on TV screen. If your out time is more then he call you and scold you. He is the non technical guy and doesn't know how an IT company look like and how to run it. He screams on every employee all the time. He checks office camera all the time even after going home or even if he is on leave. 2. Work culture and Environment is very much pathetic. You feel negativity all around. No respect for employees. Treat employees like slaves. You can be scold badly at any time infront of everyone. Company owner himself comes to everyone seat and ask the status like what you are doing and when the task will be completed and at same time he finds the chance to scold you. You can't search, read and learn any study material from Google. If the CEO has seen then he says all this is not allowed here, do your work and scold you again. If you are a new employee, they expect you to understand the project and code in quick time(min in 1 week time) and expect you to give your best in given time and if you fail to do so first they scold you for some time and then fired at any time. 3.There is no work process in the company They have less number of projects. Employees are not getting any promotion. They are working like a labour and getting paid. 4. If you are coming to office after 11:00 am due to any genuine reason then your half day will be considered for that day even if you have informed your manager or CEO. Even if you are even a minute late from 11:00 am then also half day will be consider. 5. You're not allowed to eat any snacks in office. You can't go outside for any break. If you goes outside, then you have to quickly come inside in office otherwise CEO notice the same in camera and calls you any time in his cabin and scold you badly. 6. There is no leave portal where you can apply leave. The process is manually.If you want to take leave then you have to sign the leave slip like a servant. You have to first sign the slip from your team leader then you have to go inside CEO cabin and sign the slip. While sign the slip, you need to justify him why you want to take leave and you have to beg in front of him to take leave. If he finds reason is not genuine( though it may be genuine) then he doesn't sign the leave. Some times, you need to show him the genuine proof why you want to take leave. Some of the employees showed him the marriage card, function card hard copy for proof. If you don't sign the 1 day leave or forget to sign the same, then he deduct your salary for 2 days and if you don't sign the half day leave, then 1 day salary deduct. 7. No HR, No Admin in company. You need to approach the company owner for every small things. 8. Monthly salary slip is not available here. If you need the same then you have to ask CEO for the same and tell him why you want the same. 9. No Mediclaim insurance policy. No medical leaves. If a employee have some medical problem or any medical issue in family then he has to take leave and deduct his salary forcefully for no reason. That is the only option left. 10. Senior leaders are bad. Full politics. They let the others employees down to look good in the eyes of the CEO and CEO trust them as all of them are here for more than 7-14 years. If any more skillful employee joins the company then senior leaders and team members eat his job by playing politics and instigate the CEO against him. This happened with many employee including myself. 11. The employees who have good and excellent buttering skills and who works like a donkey for hours continue without stopping, such employees are getting higher salaries and they are given more increments and rewards, even if their skills are zero. It is the best company to initiate carrier for non deserving candidate. Company is not for deserving candidates. You don't get any appreciation for good work. They don't care if somebody wants to do good work. 12. If any employee talks to CEO for less increment he got, his straight forward answer is why you don't stay in office so long after 7:00 pm even if the employee keep on doing hard work between 10:00 to 7:00. They don't care. You have to show him that you are staying after 7:00 even if you are not doing any work. 13. If you want more salary hike then you have to come to office at 9:00 am in morning and go back at 8:00-8:30 pm in night as some people do here. 14. No farewell policy for employees. You can just take your experience letter and go away. 15. There is no female employee in the company. Even if someone joins by mistake, She doesn't stay too many days as some employees here doesn't respect the girls here. They keep on passing bad comments. If you do complaints against them no action taken. 16. No of leaves are very much less. Just only 1 in a month and only 12 in whole year. 17. No team outing, no parties, no Holi, Diwali celebrations in company. Only a show off kind of lunch every year on Diwali. 18. You have to mark your daily attendance(in- out time) in an attendance register. And, If your time is found to be less at the end of the month then your salary will be deducted even if the time is less than a minute. They don't even care. They only find the chance to deduct your salary. 19. If you want to leave early, you can only leave once in a month by 6:00 pm. For that, the permission of the CEO has to be taken and you have to tell him why you want to leave early. Here also, he argues with you and ask you too many questions like why you are going, Is it really necessary to go, where you have to go, You already gone at same time few days back, you can't go again and again like this. And, If you leave before 6:00 pm in evening then your half day will be marked. 20. Office space is very less. No tea or coffee machine in the office. You have to stand and eat the lunch. No sitting facility available. 21. Team leaders are not helpful. Whatever CEO says they need to follow the same(what if it is wrong). They don't support you.

On time salary Work life balance Manager never calls on weekend and after the shift. Naveen as a CEO understand everything in depth and try to provide the resources. Team bonding also handled well by HR. Everybody is easy to work with.

I have a very supportive team that gives me the space to work independently, which helps me learn quickly. Salary always on time. The project exposure is strong, especially for a fresher, I get to work on meaningful and hands on tasks. Work life balance is good, and I am never asked to work beyond regular hours.

The company follows a WFO model, a hybrid setup would add a little flexibility. The leave policy is a bit restrictive and could be improved.
