Started on O2 recontracts, decent as a first job or fresh out of university if you are willing to do any shift they want, and are willing to deal with micromanaging and certain rubbish managers. Commission ok on O2 recontracts and easy to hit target. Got moved to a cold calling based campaign which was only good as a new challenge and to gain new skills and to get away from team lead I was told I couldn't change team (within campaign)

Wanted to move team but according to HR and team lead it is not possible within the business even though I have seen it happen for other people. Never felt taken seriously and people who are friends with the right people will be the ones to be progressed The help available to learn new cold skills and completely new product is quite minimal and the commission available is next to nothing on new campaign - more than half of what I was earning in my previous EASIER inbound role. Not many people seem happy They take all commission if had a compliance fail or a sick day. Will likely have managers calling you telling you to come in if genuinely really sick since they lose money when you call in sick as well as you
