      Matthew May (aka Intellitek System Inc) will steal the work you do for him and NEVER pay you. I was one of many freelancers that were hired for a long-term project and then after two weeks (right before payday!) he ran away with the thousands of dollars worth of work we did for him without paying, removing us from project management boards, blocking our company email, and never responding to us again. He will continue to do this to others. Do your research on him and Intellitek Systems!

      Pay is tied to performance rather than less objective "woke" metrics; if you want to make more, you always have the option to produce more. Super smart colleagues. Company is growing, so there is no shortage of career development opportunity if that is your jam.

      Hours are grueling. The founder is a hyper-libertarian loud mouth, but if you can put politics aside, he really does have a great vision for the company, and honestly does care about our clients.
