You will be asked to do two or three jobs with zero additional compensation - Winter layoffs are common - Extremely high turnover - When someone leaves, expect the responsibilities to be shared among the remaining people in the department instead of finding a suitable replacement - Lack of company vision and culture - New software versions get rolled out without proper testing, the product functions worse in 2018 than it did in 2016 - Don't ever mention overtime
