Lack of leadership, guidance, and feedback. The direction of the company was constantly changing trying to evolve and it stretched employees thin having to continually learn new services they were supposed to be managing.

Working for Intelliverse was a great decision for me. My children are extremely happy that I am able to be home with them now. The pay is great as long as I do my best. So far I have been under the supervision of 2 of their client success managers. They have been very helpful and responsive to any questions or situations that I have brought to them. I hope to grow with Intelliverse and be part of their team for many years to come.

Svantaggi

The downside of being a contractor for any company of this nature is that you never know when your current job will end. From what I can see, Intelliverse currently seems to be thriving though.
