Office space is inadequate and poorly maintained. Leadership — particularly at the top — lacks basic people management skills. The CEO is disconnected from ground reality and the Chief of Staff makes day-to-day life unnecessarily stressful. No employee benefits worth mentioning. Policies exist only in name — there's no real adherence or accountability.
