Not what it used to be - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Intelsat

When I joined Intelsat it was a fairly good company, for what Corporate America is. Good people, great benefits, many great managers and culture. Unfortunately that all changed once financial issue came to a head during covid and our previous CEO retired and the person who took over had only one goal in mind: sell the company. Which he eventually did. The culture that made Intelsat a good place to work at no longer exist and it's a shame. Hopefully, once the dust settles the new company can truly incorporate what Intelsat was and not just erase it completely.
