Too top heavy in management. You need to have been an employee at Bridgelux or Phillips Lumileds to be considered of value to management. The CEO clearly does not consider the employees important to the organization. He does not walk around and talk to them. He stays in his office. When he does come out, it's a 50/50 chance you will be acknowledged. He rarely communicates to the employees, even when important announcements come out. Benefits are the pits. You pay too much in co-insurance. No 401k match. No tuition reimbursement. This wouldn't be so bad, if it was a great place to work, but it's not. Workload is too heavy, need more workers to do the work.
