Constant changes of structure, the workload was mediocre, and didn't seem to grow in your role the longer you stayed. Instead of promoting and hiring within they hire someone externally to take over alot of things and rechange the whole way of doing things. Towards the end it seemed like they kept notifying employees the company was doing well all to find out roles were being offshored (hiring employees in 3rd world countries to have cheaper compensation) and laying off people in different departments left and right. This is very misleading and unprofessional. Directors and HR have a lack of empathy and just seem to not care about who they let go sadly. They give you the feeling you valued at the company in the beginning but then there's really another side to it.
