Easy hiring process, easy job, free first 2 uniforms, not a lot of supervision, autonomy, clocking in and out on your phone, decent pay, decent benefits (assuming they’re actually on the ball and haven’t messed up like they did to me.)

Loophole makes OT pay the same as regular pay, hard to get in contact with a supervisor, no PTO or sick or holiday pay, long hours with mandatory OT, doesn’t seem like much room to advance, at one point wasn’t paying my health insurance.
