      Great Atmosphere, nice people, and the opportunity with the company

      The coast for parking, my schedule jumps from morning to swing. Right now the company need a protocol on covid. There are lost of employees who are either coming down with covid or being exposed to covid. The ones who have been exposed to covid are being allowed to continue to work they should be quarantine for 3 to 5 days But are allowed to continue to work and expose other employees and CO worker.

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
