      There's absolutely no pros. This takeover was poorly done. I'm ashamed to be a part of this organization.

      Intercon took over LGA JFK EWR. You should've REPLACED ALL LEADERSHIP. It's literally the same feces different toilet! You expect to hold this current contract with the same lazy supervisors?! Let's get it together guys! This was the most unorganized transition especially you all messing up our seniority. Vacation days, sick days etc etc.

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
