The best reasons is the highest paying job that we have. It’s a fast growing company and we are all a team regardless of how we feel about our positions or the people we work with and for. I love the people I work with they will help you out at any time and that’s what needs to be done for team work. And they don’t ask you to do anything that they wouldn’t do. We are all team players on the same team. Our company has great hours great pay great people. so you better have some pretty good customer service skills and lose the attitude at the door.

The downsides of working here is some people don’t want to get along with others and cause problems for other sites that have already been put into place trainers have already given them instructions. It’s just no one wants to follow them, because no matter how long they’ve been in the business or with the company they think they know it all, so it’s a stressful job at times but it’s well worth it you just Gotta pick your battles people it’s a doggy dog world out there we have great officers and staff management.

Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
