      Company illegally alters time keeping on a buggy app with an outsourced HR that has no idea what's going on, constant hiring of incompetent people, issues with scheduling and overtime being payed out, was lied to about my pay rate at time of hire, dismissive supervisors and management who can not follow through and refuse to take any kind of accountability.

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
