The PT is more stringent then many of the local law enforcement agencies such as Metro Transit and Pentagon Police. ***** Pay for new officers recently was decreased by $8 and hour leaving hourly payment at $31 hr which is less competitive then the majority of the local security agencies which require a Top Secret clearance. Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
