Vantaggi
-- Everyone here really cares about their jobs and customers, you can really tell. Everyone works together as much as we can to find common ground and solve problems. -- I looked at all the other glassdoor reviews before I posted this and saw some comments about little pay and high turnover. Not the case. Any agency has turnover but the team that has been in place has been in place for 2+ years, others averaging more. Pay is on par with area (competing with Wilmington and Myrtle Beach). If you didn't get a raise, you didn't deserve a raise or didn't ask for one. -- Company is growing and we can see that by the workload and staff hires. Great to see. -- President/Owner is always willing to step up, whether it's jumping in to help programming, speak with a customer, help audit websites, whatever. Easy to speak with and understanding as well. -- It's (mostly) a younger crowd, OR young at heart. -- Regular company outings/games/get-togethers -- You learn ALOT and get to work with fellow programmers/designers/marketers, etc to expand your mindset
Svantaggi
-- Lack of health insurance and 401k as of 2019. It's a pretty large company with the biggest expense being salaries. However, it should be common. -- Internal office needs a bit of "dressup". No pictures on the walls or progressive "agency" type feel. Utilitarian is the best way to describe it. Same with furniture/desks. All functional, but lacks pizazz. -- No real room for "title" growth. Not really a con, but if you are looking to "advance to a higher position", it's pretty rare due to company structure.
