Teacher training was a joke. I continuous rehash of the previous year's notes, with some new techniques/advice sprinkled in. A complete waste of a day better spent actually teaching the students. In the application process they ask what the three sought after locations you want to teach. Unless you choose literally any city/town/village in the country side prepare to be disappointed. Actual, daily assistance in almost every regards falls off after week one. Pension, social insurance, trash schedules, and other need-to-know factors of life are also not explained well. Most of all the wages are not livable whatsoever. This company is known for having its employees on strike for unfair and grossly low wages.
