I had to enter 5 words minimum here but there are no pros at all to this 'company'.

Multiple staff have left this company because Shane does not pay his staff. Don't be fooled by the website and ''marketing' updates online, this is not a professional company at all. The company has failed to complete a single project and still takes on more new jobs without finishing previous projects. (Dont know how clients sign the contract without even having a proper background check)They don't provide visa for employees and give no support, no motivation and no salary for months and years. He doesn't even have a valid license to run the company. Don't be fooled by his LinkedIn job posts, he will get the work done but will never pay you.

The work load was fast paced, and upper management ensured team members felt supported and comfortable with constantly changing updates. CEO is very Supportive and I highly recommend it if you want to join an ambitious company that has big plan for their future growth.
