I didn’t expect to care this much about my job, to be honest. I work in Finance at IxDF — and while numbers and structure are my world, what’s kept me here is the people, the purpose, and how much I’ve grown since joining. It’s the kind of place where you're given a lot of trust, which at first felt intimidating — but it’s also what’s helped me become more confident and independent in my work. I’ve been encouraged to speak up, improve processes, ask questions, and suggest changes (even outside of finance), and I’ve always felt heard and supported. We work hard, but it’s not the toxic kind of “hard work.” It’s meaningful. You know your work matters, and you're surrounded by people who care about what they do and want to do it well — without ego. Remote work here isn’t an afterthought, either. It’s intentional and well-supported. That’s made a huge difference in my day-to-day — I feel both focused and connected.
