Senior management expects their employees to work more than 10 hours a day and even on weekends. * They never pay salaries on time and sometimes salaries can get delayed for more than a month. * The senior management doesn't treat their employees professionally and always blame juniors for their own mistakes. * No proper project planning while kickstarting a project. * There is a huge pay gap between developers and tech-leads/managers. * Very bad policies around employee exit.
