Many of team members and department managers that I worked with were fantastic people who encouraged questions, helping people learn new skills and genuinely cared about their work and coworkers.

I cannot currently recommend that anyone work at Interactions regardless of the position. I was with the company for a significant amount of time and watching it degrade into it's current state has been painful to see. There have been multiple rounds of company wide layoffs in 2024 (and previous years as well), including one in September and then another a large one just before Thanksgiving along with no promotions or pay increases. Interactions upper management has become incredibly poor, continuously repeating past mistakes, hiding behind PR speak, not listening when team members warn of problems and then later targeting those same team members during multiple layoffs for speaking out and not "buying in" among many other issues.
