      Although not a con, the company is currently growing from a small, local business to medium-sized, potentially-global organization. Management is constantly working to recruit top-notch talent that fits the culture and believes in the mission. Benefits and salary are not the strongest for this region, but the culture, purpose, and work/life balance make up for it.

      With growth comes a lot of change, so you have to be able to pivot pretty quickly. Going from a small company where everyone is in the same to room to a large office has made communication harder.
