Free lunch but in return there is no lunch-break so that you could work and eat at the same time. Seldom work overtime. Steep learning curve, learn how the platform works,learn how a brokerage firm works. No politics, no social gatherings. There is no need to play politics as there are no promotion opportunities, and you are so busy with your work thus no time to chit-chat. Management don”t care as long as you get the tasks done.

No prospect, low pay , non stop busy work during office hours, middle management quite useless .

Unless your name carries weight with management, your colleagues, even at lower levels, can be unresponsive or downright hostile, making it difficult to accomplish anything. Upward mobility and career development opportunities are limited, which reflects the company’s focus on automation and a lean operating model.
