Our CEO prides himself on personal growth and overall health and we are constantly striving to provide benefits and programs that help you do just that. We appreciate your feedback on communication and management styles. We are continually working to improve the way we serve both our customers and our employees, and we are dedicated to creating a working structure that benefits everyone. We take pride in what we do and are always on a path of improvement. Regarding your yearly reviews – we are actively working to remedy our inconsistencies in that area. We do, however, believe in raises! We regularly offer merit raises in addition to a strong vacation and PTO package, like you mentioned. As for our culture, our executive team and our HR team have grown significantly in recent months, and we are working on several employee engagement initiatives with the goal of building a strong internal culture among this team.
