When you say intellij the say that the wont pay... - tech lead is very strong opinionated that most of the doesnt not understand what we are suggesting. - saddly only a couple of high position people understand architecture and they dont have the time or capacity to implement it properly. e.g. the eccosystem is splitted in many apps but all of them are depended one from the other, NO mocks and the beta enviroment is always broken from different teams. - they do many meetings for alignment etc which have no purpuse because no one aligns (imagine being in the product that brings the most income to the company and having to do last minute updates because an api forgot you exist... now multiply it by 10)
