Unfortunately Dustin Dimisa has not adapted with the current environment and still wont adapt. The company has had many set backs, including many many lay offs in the last few months since October. Every department has had very bad communication and turn times are close to 100 days for many clients. Its unfortunate that we are giving them such bad service. Borrowers have changes in their loan Processors about 4 to 5 times and most people don't know what is going on. Commission is also the lowest in the industry. There are caps on commission and you are limited on your growth here at ICG. There are a few great people here, but its sad that we stay with hope of improvement. Most other branches and the NY office did not have the restrictions that we had here in California and AZ. Its only a matter of time before all the other offices close down. Most people or the media wont here about his mass lay offs, but they happened and still happening.
