They are very flexible with WFH, work hours etc., they seem to make every effort to keep the employees they wish to keep

Job security is not great if you are not on the good list, easy to fire if you're not wanted.

Nothing to be honest. Worst place

I was fired within 3 months due to reshuffling of teams. I had left my stable job at amazon for Interface. This was the worst decision of my life. I regret it. The previous Production manager was very rude and he used to mentally Harras employees. I was suddenly fired even after performing all my duties well on time. Upper management doesn't care at all. Please do not join this company
